About Me:

I’ve gone by my nickname, Coco, for as long as I can remember. It started when I became more competitive in sports and always ended up in the male group. At first, I resisted it—I love Conner and everything she represents—but over time, I embraced the nickname as a fun part of who I am.
I grew up in Radnor, PA, spending weekends at Elk Mountain Ski Resort, where my brother and I developed a deep love for ski racing. That passion led me to Waterville Valley Academy and then Holderness School, a full-time boarding school that balanced academics with high-level training. I thrived there, throwing myself into sports, musicals, and unique experiential programs, including Outback—a two-week winter survival expedition in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.
After high school, I convinced my parents to let me go on a community service trip to Kenya, Tanzania, and Zanzibar. With no familiar faces and only two scheduled calls home, it was a leap of faith—but one that changed my life. Over a month, we rebuilt schools, installed water catchment systems, and brought solar power to villages. This experience ignited my passion for sustainability and making a real impact.
I was accepted to Hobart and William Smith Colleges where I studied Environmental Studies and Media & Society (Marketing), while also serving as captain of the club ski team. I sought every opportunity to gain practical experience, from internships with a commercial film production company to working with American Rhino. One of the highlights of my college years was studying abroad in Freiburg, Germany, where I had the chance to deepen my knowledge of environmental science. Through hands-on classes and projects that often took us hiking to sites within the city, I became inspired by Freiburg’s commitment to sustainability. This experience, along with my travels throughout Europe, broadened my global perspective and greatly influenced both my personal and professional growth.
After graduation, I joined American Rhino full-time, managing the Nantucket store and leading marketing initiatives. Over four trips to Kenya, I collaborated with manufacturers, designers, and the COO to develop new product lines and saw firsthand how the American Rhino Foundation’s funds supported local communities. Beyond factory visits, these trips included safaris, off-roading races like the Rhino Charge (a major fundraising event), and deepening my connection to the country.
When American Rhino closed during COVID, I pivoted—coaching ski racing before securing a full-time role at Outlaw Partners in Big Sky, Montana. I moved west in May 2021, stepping into a position tailored to my strengths: helping launch Hey Bear while expanding my expertise in events. My career has always centered around brands that give back, and I take pride in growing that impact each year.
I thrive in fast-paced, organized chaos—whether running large-scale events or making strategic retail decisions. I have attached six case studies that highlight the projects and experiences that have defined my career, reflecting my passion for building meaningful connections, driving brand success, and making a lasting impact on communities.
